To look at/or order products on our website you need to go to the different product groups where you can find the product that you need.

If you want to do a fast search you can do this through “Zoeken” or “Sitemap”.

For orders from 75,- euro we don’t charge shipping costs for packets in The Netherlands and Belgium (till a weight of 10kg).

In which country you live you can always order from us. See the “help buttons”.

If you can’t find the product you need please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone on +31 (0)117-461731 or send us the “Contact” form with your question as it is possible the product hasn’t been put on the website or we do have the possibility to order it for you.

How to order?

– Place the article you want in your shopping bag, by pressing “Shopping Cart” button.
– In the left corner of the web shop you will see the products that are placed in the “Shopping Cart”.
– Are all products in the “Shopping Cart”, then click on the “Shopping Cart” to proceed with the order.
– Don’t click on the little cross as you will delete the item from your “Shopping Cart”.
– In the “Shopping Cart” you can still change the quantities of the products you ordered.
– Adjust the quantities, and then click on the icon of the shopping cart.
– If you have products to add to the “shopping cart”, click “Continue Shopping”.
– If you want to continue the ordering process, click “Next”.
– First make the choice for your home country to determine the additional shipping costs.
– Fill in your address.
– If you wish to receive our monthly newsletter, you can do press “Desired newsletter” box.
– In “Payment Details”, you need to choose in what way you wish to pay  .
– Next, you must agree to the “General Conditions”.
– On the next page, you can double-check the data.
– If necessary, return to the previous page, to adjust your data.
– If all details are correct, click “Checkout”.
– You will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox.
– If you find no confirmation in your mailbox, you have not filled in your email address correctly.

From an amount of 75,- euro’s we don’t charge shipping costs for packets in The Netherlands and Belgium (till a weight of 10kg).

If the delivery time of your order is longer than expected we will contact you. If the packet is not delivered you can always contact us so we can find out where your packet is.

If the payment with Ideal doesn’t work you always can pay us by internet banking on

After we received your payment the packet will be sent within 1 or 2 days by PostNL-mail.

Payments by Ideal in an other country than The Netherlands only is possible if you have a Dutch bank account.
Payment in advance

Orders with a payment in advance we hold for a maximum of 14 days. After this period you will be contacted by phone of e-mail. If you don’t respond within the set time we will cancel your order.
To generate the payment in advance correctly we advise to use the order number as a payment reference. If the delivery time of your order is longer than expected we will contact you.
If the packet is not delivered you can always contact us so we can find out where your packet is.

You can make your payment on:

After receiving the payment your order will be offered on the next monday or Thursday at the Belgian post office.

Payment by invoice

For business and institutions that are registered in The Netherlands it is possible to pay by invoice. These business or institutions need to mention there kvk-number and Vat number when the place there order. These will be checked.

After placing there order it will be send within 1 or 2 working days by PostNL-mail.

Your payment can be made on:

(the invoice is included with the order)

If ordering via the website doesn’t work or you rather not order via our website but you like to order a item you can contact us via “Contact” or via the Fax. After we received your e-mail or fax we will send you an invoice . Please pay the amount including the shipping costs and we will send you the packet within 1 or 2 days after we received the payment via TNT post.

If your order is from out of Belgium we will offer the packet the first next Thursday to the Belgian post office.

If you like to order by phone we will contact you after we placed the order. We will tell you what the total amount of your order is including the shipping costs. We will also give you the information that you need to transfer the amount.

After receiving the payment we will send the packet to you within 1 or 2 working days via PostNL.

If you order by phone from Belgium we will offer your packet to the Belgian post office on the first next Thursday.


For an order from 75,- euro we will not charge shipping cost for The Netherlands and Belgium up to 10kg!

Orders from The Netherlands:

After receiving your payment we will send your order within 1 or 2 days via TNT post.

Orders from Belgium:

After receiving your payment we will offer your order to the Belgian post office the first next Thursday.

Orders from countries within or out of Europe:

After receiving your payment we will send your order within 1 or 2 days via TNT post.

Here you can type a specification. Al the products that meet the specification will pop-up. You can type the name of the product or a disease on the right side of the screen.

If you want a quick search to find a product you can also do this via the “Sitemap”. You will find the sitemap on the upper and left side of the website.

Via the different product groups you can find the right product step by step. The different product groups are mentioned on the upper side of the website.

By pressing the button “Aanbiedingen” you will find all the deals that are on the website. You will find the button “aanbiedingen” on the upper side of the website.

Prices
All the mentioned prices are including VAT (aside input errors). We will not change the price on the invoice without your approval. We will ask you the actual price at the time that you order. On the fact that you saw a different price earlier you can’t extract any rights. If the situation on the commodity market will change and it is necessary to raise the product price we will contact you and you can decide to cancel your order.

Product Information
In our website we always will mention the latest information about a product. On grounds of new insights, availability of commodities or adjustments in the law the manufacturers will keep improve and adjust the products. We are not always directly informed about the adjustments. Therefore it is possible that the information on our website is different than the information on the product.

The agreement
As soon as your order is done we will thank you an process your order as soon as possible. We hold the right not to process your order directly or refuse it if for instants the total amount of your order is very high or you have outstanding invoices or because of your payment behavior in the past. Of course we will contact you in any of these or other cases (within 2 working days). If you order in a other name or with a other adress and we have reasonable doubt we have the right to cancel or refuse your order.

To order on our website you have to be atleast 16 years. If you are younger you need premission from you parents or a legal guardian before you order.

Delivery:
all products from the webshop normally are in stock. If for a reason the product is not in stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss the delivery date.

Costumers from The Netherlands and other countries; after receiving your payment the parcel normally will be send within 1 or 2 working days with TNT Post.

Costumers from Belgium; after receiving your payment the parcel will be offered to the Belgian Post the first next thursday.

Time to Consider:
You have the legal right to cancel your purchuse during 7 days after receiving the ordered product. You have to let us know in writing and return us the unopened product. After receiving this we will credit the purchase price to you within 30 days.
The product has to be in it’s original packaging and not been used. This right doesn’t apply when the product spoils easily, or is quickly out of date.

Exchange products:
The exchange of a product only is possible when the product isn’t damaged or unopened. De costs to resend the product are for the customer, this will only be paid by us when we send you the wrong product or a product that doesn’t seem to work. We always give you the service that is required if the complaint seems to be true.

Liability:
De Groene Luifel
 only accepts liability for the damage you have suffered as a result of a breach in the fulfillment of our obligation or tort, if and to the extent such liability iscovered by our insurance. If our insurar for whatever reason doesn’t pay out, or the damage isn’t covered by the insurrance, our liability is limited to the net invoice value of the product that should have been delivered by us, or to the amount that we actual reclaim on other parties.
We are not responseble for damage that is caused by exceeding the delivery time. We are not responsible for damage dat is caused by, or the cause is of a defect in the from us purchased products (consequential damage).

Packing errors:
In spite of our most carefull procedure, packing errors are imperative. We ask you to inform us by phone +31(0)117-491731 or e-mail info@degroeneluifel.nl within 8 days after delivery. We hold the right to verify your complaint with the weight and internal controleforms. We will make sure that we send the missing product within 48 hours. If applicable, we will make a return appointment for the wrong delivered product.

Guarantee:
The given advice is on your own request and responsibility. De Groene Luifel takes no reponsibility for this. We have no liability if the given advice doesn’t have the result you wished. We advice you to contact your own physician or a specialist if you have trouble with longterm phycical shortcomings. For the record we note, that only questions will be answered that cover our website or questions that cover the Self-Medication.

Complaints, disputes and/or applicable law:
If you, despite our concern have any complaints about the products, or concerning our service, we ask you to send us these complaints in writing or by e-mail: info@degroeneluifel.nl. We will make sure that we do everything to find you a suitable solution. If we can’t come to an agreement, then we will point out to place the complaint with the Dutch consumers’ union. Any disputes in The Netherlands should be presented to the competent court in Middelburg, or the competent court in your district. On all our agreements and arising disputes exclusively Dutch law applies.

Force Majeure:
De Groene Luifel has in cases of force majeure the right, at its option, the implementation of the customer’s order to suspend or terminate the contract without judicial intervention, by communicating this to the client by writing and without
De Groene Luifel being liable for any damages, unless under the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness. Force majeure is defined as any failure, De Groene Luifel can not be held responsible, because they are not due to her fault and not under the law, legal act or generally accepted for its account.

The standard cost for The Netherlands are: 6,75 (0-10kg) – 13,50 (10-25kg).

(for packets over 25kg we will contact you to inform you about the shipping costs).

For an order from 75,- euro we will not charge shipping cost for The Netherlands up to 10kg!

Shipping cost for The Netherlands for orders from 75,- euro with a weight above 10kg:

10-25kg (1 packet) = 7,25

10- 25kg (from 2 packets) = you will be contacted via e-mail about the shipping costs.

Certain articles on the website fit through a standard post box. After the other is made the shipping costs will be corrected and any overpaid shipping costs will be refunded on your account.

A shipping in Belgium will go via bpost. Bpost normally delivers the next working day.

The standard shipping costs for Belgium are: 5,90 (0-2kg) – 7,90 (2-10kg) – 9,90 (10-30kg).

As from 30kg we will contact you for the correct shipping costs.

For an order from 75,- euro we will not charge shipping cost for Belgium up to 10kg!

Shipping cost for Belgium for orders from 75,- euro with a weight above 10kg:
